2 girls and one guy need appartement until january in Bordeaux

Next semester i am going to spend it in Bordeaux so i am looking for acommodation. I am going to the IAE BORDEAUX so i need a house (...) close to that.
I need at least a house/ room (..) to stay until i find a place next to the university .
I am going with two people ( one girl and one boy) and we really wanted to stay together ( if it's possible)
Our budget is between 200 and 350€.
