I need and apartment for me and my Husband. I like clean and cosy appartements and I would like to have it in Linz. I would like to have a minimum 25 m square appartment, and it is tottaly ok if it is a studio. I would also like a wifi and heating system and near the train station. I need it to start from next January or eve December, and I would also like an appartement without commision.
