Hi!
I live in Linkoping now and I can tell you that there are plenty of english speaking students! In general Sweden is a country where everybody's speaking english. You will meet here a lot of students from France and Germany. There are also some Spanish and Italian communities, but they're stick together and there is not much contact with them.
I hope you will enjoy your stay here! I did (and still do) :) People are great and I made a lot of new friends here )including boyfriend).
Cheers!

Hey :) Cool that sounds good! Where are you from? Do you live in the student accommodation? Sounds like you are having a good time :)

I'm from Poland. I've managed to find accommodation on my own - we're renting a flat right next to Flamman, this is the cheapest solution. We have 72sqm (furnished) apartment for three and we're paying around 2300SEK monthly each. When you're taking student accommodation you have to expect to pay around 3000SEK monthly for 20sqm room with a bathroom in a corridor. Usually not furnished.
I am having really good time! Most probably I will come back in a year for Master studies ;)
