Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Linköping?

Yes.

I found a flat on the ads website 'Blocket' but spent one week in an "emergency" room with 15 people. The "room" was a flat for 2 persons... not a great experience!

How much does it cost to live in Linköping?

Normal for the food.

Just exceptions for alcohol : ~20€ every strong alcohol bottle

Cinema : 15€

And every shop, store, pubs or cafés.

Mc Donalds approximately the same price as in France.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Not easy!

Very strange language for french people, but there is beginners courses at the uni for 7. 5ECTS and the teachers are great!

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Linköping from your city?

Ryanair and bus.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Linköping?

Corridors, BBQ (in Ryd, basketball field and forest), and then it's up to you to find how much you spend in pubs

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Linköping?

International dinners, Villevalla, Flammann...

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Gamla stan (Old town, especially for the christmas market), Hockey matches, Roxen lake, forests, Natural parks, Stokholm...

And fuckin' Norvège!

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Linköping in the future?

Enjoy it as much as you can before the sun disappears around November.
