Looking for a place to stay in Limerick

Hello!
My name is Marta, I'm 21 years old and I am looking for a place to stay in for three months: August, September and October.
I am a quite open, friendly and clean person, I have a good level of english so communication won't be a problem. I'm going to Limerick because I have been accepted in a laboratory in the UL to do an Erasmus internship for three months. I really want to get the best out of this experience so I will contribute to a good environment and will try to make it easy for all of us to live together.
I could afford an accommodation that costs about 200 - 300 € per month and I have no preference on the roommates. My only preference is that the house/apartment/residence is "close" to the campus. If the accommodation is far but well connected to the campus by bus it would be ok too.
