Erasmus student looking for accomodation

Hello, 

I am a Spanish girl looking for a place to stay while doing my Erasmus. So I will be staying in Limerick from September until December. However, I am also willing to pay August if necessary. Idealy the place would be close to the University of Limerick. 

I have been living in a shared house for the last couple of years so I already know how important it is to have a clean house when living with other people. So I would consider myself someone organized, clean and tidy. I like to socialise with my roomates and be able to have a good environment between eachother.
