32 year old young man with my brother, looking for accommodation in Lillehammer

I am a 33 yea rGhanaian young man currently schooling at University of Pardubice, Czech republic. I will be coming on Erasmus in Lillehammer University on the 14th of August, 2016. I will be coming together with my younger brother who is also a student in my university and coming as an Eramus student as well.

I am looking for one furnished bedroom with utility bills included in the cost of the rent for both of us. Alternatively, a shared accommodation with people who do not smoke, who are welll behaved and matured irrespective of where they are coming from.

We want an accommodation which the rent will not be more than 320Euros per month and not too far from the University campus.
