Looking for roomate for our apartment

Hey everyone!

Antonija, DIna and I are two croatians (the girls) and italian (me) roomates and we are searching for a roomate to share our apartment .

Great furnished room situated in a nice apartment at Boulevard des Défenseurs . The apartment is large– eighty sqm and it consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and a kitchen with a huge living area. The house has also a place for your bike, a terrace and it is totally equipped. The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, cooking plates, a tableware, washing machine and a dryer. The living room has several couches, a table and a tv.

The room is composed of a desk, a mattress, cupboard, sink, small table and bed. The apartment is situated close to several universities and schools: Faidherbe, Gaston Berger, Lille 2 – Faculty of law. fifty meters away from the subway of Douai, and Parks. Furthermore, there are bus stops within walking distance range.

-Rent is 450 euros + 50 euros of service costs
-If you are a student you need a guarantor
