Looking for Accommodation near INRIA Lab in Lille

I am a researcher from University of California San Diego. Mostly staying in Lab. But, i will need quiet and clean accomodation with mature people. I love to meet people from different country and culture and if you like Indian Food (spicy), you can't have better friend/roommate than me.
I would like to have studio or shared apartment with personal room and personal/shared bathroom. But, I need accomodation in close proximity to my lab so that I don't need to give my time in commuting.
