Looking for accommodation in Lille

Hi,
I'm going to Lille for Spring semester 2014 (will be in France in mid-January), and at the moment looking for a place to stay.
Do You have any advice / recommendations? I have heard that colocation is the best option for a short stay (5 months). Or maybe it's worth to apply for a place in some dorms (my University doesn't have a campus...so no dorms from them).
