Flat for student exchange program

We are a group of three girl students and two boys from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, India (IIFT) and will be joining IESEG School of Management,Lille campus on a student exchange program during January to March 2018.
We are looking for accommodation for three months during our stay here. Though our program tentatively ends by third week of March, we may have to leave early to India depending on our course list and its respective schedule which will be shared to us once we join.
We would also require you to provide a rental agreement of three months for our visa application process, which is mandatory.
It would be really convenient if you could share information about the availability of rooms at your student residences, its price per month, additional costs if any and amenities provided.
