25 year old student looking for accommodation in Lille

I am 25 years old. I am looking for accommodation in Lille within 30 mins radius of  3 Rue de la Digue (Ieseg School of management) from January first week. I would prefer one bedroom studio apartment. I am also willing to share room with compatible roommate/roommates.

The accommodation should cover basic amenities such as heating, washing, internet, kitchen equipped with dishes and cutlery, oven/stove, microwave and  refrigerator. Bed with linens and a sofa. The place should be walkable distance from nearest metro/station and shops.
