Requisites: To do an internship with us you need an Internship Agreement (sometimes called "Training" or "Learning" agreement) with a university. That’s just a paper that your University, you and the company will sign so that everything will be legal. You have to ask it for yourself in your university. In addition, you can also get information in your University about any scholarships available (for internship in a company) that could help you with the costs. For example Erasmus+ Internship, Eurodyssee, Leonardo Da Vinci, etc. If you are not sure about this maybe is a better idea to ask first to your university and then send your cv to us.

◦  Place: Liège / Angleur, Belgium.

◦  Length: minimum 4 months, preferably 6 months or more. To start in 2018.

◦  Salary: there is not a salary, if possible, the student/graduated student can apply for a scholarship (Erasmus Practice, Leonardo).

◦  Languages: English (very good), French (optional, it´s a plus).

◦  Domain: Experience in finite element simulation and/or, in particular, crash analyses is preferable. Knowing LSDYNA it´s a plus.

Description of the company: An engineering company of 120 people specialized in Finite Element Simulations (FEA). The company is active in various fields of calculation such as aeronautical… is also active in crash simulation such as crashes of vehicles according to EuroNCap or vehicles against roadside equipment (safety barriers, etc.)

Tasks: The student will be responsible to create FEA models and/or increase the reliability of existing ones. The student will use its knowledge, the literature and possibly some mechanical tests to further improve the reliability of the FEA models.

Skills: The student should be motivated and should have had some curses in Finite Element Simulation. Mechanics of materials is also important. The student should know PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
