Looking for accommodation in SPA (Near to Malmedy)

I'm a 29 year old guy, friendly, and eager to emprove my french :). I would preferably like to live with students or people of my age no matter the gender. I have been in a exchange experience before so I don't mind living with other people.
Surely it would be nice to live near the city center but I won't mind it if it's farther if the price is ok.
