Looking for accommodation in Liege and surrounding areas.

We are a Couple both aged 24 and looking for a small apartment in Liege and surrounding areas such as Tilff, esneux etc. Our Max budget is E400. Although it is not a lot we are only looking for something small but enough to fit the 2 of us and our pet guineapig who needs to be with us. 

We are clean and timely with our payments, respectful to neighbours and will respect the home. We are available to move in immediately but will also be willing to wait a few weeks if need be. Because I am a student, I spend my days studying and I also work on a part time basis from home. We are looking at both short and long contracts at the moment as basically we are open to anything.
