Looking for accommodation in Liege

My name is Ngoc, a piano student from Vietnam. I will start to study in Conservatoire Royal de Liege this year. 

I'm not very good at describing myself. I'm open minded and easy to get along with. I'm awkward at first but then very outgoing once we get to know each other. I like to have fun and be random. I'm a clean guy so I don't like to keep my room in a mess.

I am looking for the accommodation near Conservatory Royal de Liege, calm and safe. It's better if the accommodation has balcony or small garden.

In a roommate, I'm looking for someone who can mainly function living with me in the same room. Hopefully it will be someone who is laid back and able to make compromises in our room.
