Looking for a place to stay!

I'm looking for a place to stay for the semester starting in Jan 2016!I would like a quiet place, maybe near the university of Liége, to spend less money on transportation. I don't mind staying in an apartment for 2/3 persons, in a nice, calm environment, with a private bathroom or at least with two shared bathrooms, so we don't run late waiting for the other person to take a shower. I would like to live with other international students so we can meet and help each other. I would like my room to have a considerable size desk to study. I'm loonking for a place with a kitchen equiped, a washing machine, an iron and a drying machine or a hanger. (the arrival date is not totally accurate)
