Software developer looking for a room in Leuven

Hello,
My name is Adam and I am an embedded software developer. I am moving to Leuven in mid-September (17th) and will stay at least until the end of the year. I am looking for a room to rent in a shared apartment, close to the 630 bus route (marked in green in the picture).
I am an open-minded, calm person and always take care of the common area of the apartment. With me, no common household faults will spoil our day.
One thing I would like to avoid is living with a person who smokes in the house. I like animals and Irish dancing (don't worry, I don't train them at home).
My budget is up to 400€/month.
