I am looking for a furnished room for the 1st semester

Hi everyone! I am a very friendly exchange student from Turkey and I am looking for a room for the first semester of the university (15th september 2017- 11th february 2018). I want a furnished room max. 1,5-2 km to the main campus of KU Leuven ( so the city center). It would be nice to have a place for bicycle storage. Heating is very important for me, so the room and water should be warm. I can share my room with a roommate. I know a little German and Spanish, if you want we can practice also. I like to meet new people and share cultures, so crowded houses are not a problem for me, on the contrary, it is an advantage :)
ps: it would be very nice to have a sofa in the room :)
