24 year old P.G student

I will be taking masters in astrophysics, so I want to be able to focus on my studies and of couse I like being social but I won't appreciate my roommates being noisy and partying while I am focusing on my works or studies. I am also a very friendly person, so I  usually avoid arguments and respect others' judgement and don't like to interfere into someone else's bussiness (not if something is socially wrong) and I expect a little something like this from my roommates. I would prefer single room attatched to a bigger dorm or common corridors. I will be doing my master's at KU Leuven, hence I was hoping the distance from my dorm to the University will not be a bigger factor.
