23 years old men, looking for accomodation in Leuven

I'm an italian guy that will study engineering in KU leuven as an Erasmus student from september to the end of january. I'm a calm guy eager to make new friendships and use this erasmus experience to travel in belgium and in adjacent countries (if the current pandemic situation allows it). I'm searching for an accomodation near the center with a space for a bike. Also I need it to be already furnished with everything necessary and including in the contract  also the bill for water, electricity etc. I'm searching for easygoing and calm roommates, preferably that are in Leuven to study and of my age range.
