21 year old guy looking for a chill place in Leuven

Hey everyone, so I've been living in Leuven for two years now and I am currently doing my final year for my bachelor at UCLL (so if your place is near a convinient bus route for the buses 630 and 5 to UCLL campus I'd love that). I currently am renting an apartment in Leuven, however, I need a new place in January.
I'm looking for something between 200-370 max, everything included electricity ect, internet not required I have my own but I'm always open to try new things if needed.
As for roomates I'm really not picky, I have no prefferences or idea of what I want my roomate to even be.
About myself:
I was born in Belgium but I moved to South Africa and lived there for 12 years. After that I moved to Lebanon for 7 years and ended up moving back to Belgium for higher education. If you have any other questions feel free to message me!
