27 year old looking for accomodation in León

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a room in León for the duration of 6 months, starting in September. The type of room is not really important to me, as long as the price stays under 300€. I am a very social person and I would like to make some friends during my stay in León.
I speak Dutch, English, German en a bit of Spanish. I will be taking a crash course in Spanish in September, so I hope to speak mostly Spanish!
I wrote the 1st of September as the date to move in, but it would be even better if I could move in a couple days earlier to set up en get ready for studying...
