2 males (25 yrs & 19 yrs) looking for accommodation for academic year 2015/16 in León. Ideally, close by the University of León

We are from Galway, Ireland. I am 25 and my friend is 19 and we are on an erasmus program from the National University of Ireland, Galway. We are determined, hardworking and focused on getting good grades while in Spain We are studying Information Technology and Spanish. We are both mature and sensible and can provide excellent references from previous landlords. We are non smokers and we are not inclined to have crazy parties. We would prefer something with two bedrooms but we would also be open to sharing with other students.
