Leiria's Culture
Castelo de Leiria is an old castle in Leiria city centre. This castle used to protect Leiria in medieval age.
The entrance is cheap and you will have a great view over the city so make sure you go there on a sunny day! It doesn't take much time to walk around the whole castle, but it is definitely worth seeing.
If you go there you can also visit the city itself, it is not too big so one day is enough for such trip. There are a lot of shops around the city and a lot of "cafés". It is a nice and cosy place to visit.
