33 years old Brazilian, master student, looking for accomodation in Leeuwarden

I am looking for accomodation to be shared with up to 3 other international students, from any nationality, with the exception of Portuguese speaking country. As I am Brazilian, I want to avooid speaking Portuguese. It would be good to share appartments with students that are also taking a master or PHD in Leeuwarden. I dont see a problem ofliving in mixed (boys/girls) apaartment. I am 33 and I will be taking a master in the University of Twente in the sustainability area, but the course takes place at the VHL University. I prefer to have my own beedroom and would like live in the city center, so near market, restaurants, etc.
