20 year old boy looking for a quiet accommodation in Leeds (if possible within walking distance from the University of Leeds)

I'd like to stay in a studio or share a private house with English speaking people from Sept 1st, 2017 to Jan 31st, 2018, in a quiet place, as on studying purpose in the University of Leeds. I am serious and friendly, non smoking. I'm currently looking either for an independent studio with everything necessary on place (secured access, fridge, internet, microwave, shower,...), or sharing a common house with few others.
