single room in shared house

hi everyone.
I am looking for a single room in a shared house. my privacy is so important to me so my room my rules but I am totally flexible with anything about the shared aria as far as we agree to keep it clean. Speaking of which, we all should understand our responsibility in periodic cleaning. I am allergic to smoke so I will appreciate it if you smoke on the balcony ( smoke in shared aria will penetrate inside the rooms too!!). pets are cute but not when you are trying to study and they are making noise!
