Baby sitter (english mother tongue)

I'm looking for a kind and responsable girl who could help me with my baby (8 months) during some afternoons. I work as English and dancing teacher so 3 days a week I'm really busy and I my family doesn't live here. The girl I look for should stay with my baby at home or with me (when it is possible) and look after him. Previous experiences are apreciated.
