studio or apartment for rent

I would like to get apartment or individual studio in lecce , it is better if it is near from nantional nanotechnology center / arensano street
I would like to get it from begining september (01/09/2013 ) , It will be rent for long time like 3 years
and also , it is possible to come my family to stay with me , and that will be after time from my coming to italy .
