TWO 23 years old students looking for an accommodation in Lausanne, Switzerland

My brother and I are moving to Lausanne to complete our Master in Management at UNIL. We would prefer to have two separate rooms in an apartment close to the center and comfortable to public transports and other commodities (we can also consider separate houses)! Our max budget is CHF 1000 each, preferibly with expenses included.. 

 We both have previous experiences of living abroad and sharing a flat since we both have been in Erasmus in Madrid, therefore we know how to behave when living with other people and respect privacy and house rules. 

We come from Turin, Italy and speak English, since we studied in an International school and Spanish, which we both learned in school and from our experience in Madrid, but are willing to learn French as a fourth language. 

We would be delighted to live with other students and can't wait to meet beautiful new people!
