Student of Master from Spain looking for a room close to the epfl

I am looking for a house close to the epfl as well as friendly and social roommates. I'm going to realize the second part of my Master by Erasmus. About my livingstyle, I am simple and not annoying. I'm looking for accommodation for a whole year but everything I find is located far from my university.
