PhD student looking for flat in Lausanne

I am Nico and I just finished my master in ETH. I am about to start my PhD in Lausanne and specifically in UNIL the 1st of October. Therefore, I am looking for a flat which is in good proximity with UNIL and also the city center. I am a fun of sports and appreciate openminded people with a good sense of humor;)) I am looking forward for any information in this regard.
