Looking for accommodation in Lausanne, 12 months+

First of all, I am a very serious PhD student looking for accomodation in Lausanne, preferably a studio of about 700-1000$ maximum.  I need help as I will be moving in very soon (January 24, 2017).  I also don't mind sharing a flat with people, as long as they are serious and respect others' privacy.  My major is cancer biology, which requires a lot of readings and prepartion.  Hence, I would be spending my time reading articles. The place has to have WIFI, a table with chairs, bibliotheque if possible, kitchen, and toilet.
