Apartment for two near the centre of Lausanne

We are two Norwegian last year finance master's (25 yrs old) students at Norwegian School of Economics, and will exchange to HEC Lausanne for the spring semester 2017.
In order to get the most out of our Lausanne experience, we are looking for an apartment near the city centre from around February 10th to around July 1st. We are both orderly and outdoor enthusiasts, looking forward to bringing our randonne skies and running shoes to Lausanne.
Both have strong personal economy and will start working for Capgemini Consulting in Norway after the semester in Lausanne.
