23 years old quiet non smoking girl, looking for accommodation in Lausanne

I am 23 years old non smoker girl and studying master at politecnico di milano. I will move to lausanne on Sep. 15 2016 to persue my master thesis for about one year. I am looking for a furnished accomodation not more expensive than 700 CHF/month everything included. a studio, a sigle room in a shared flat, or a dorm room with private bathroom are all great. (only single room,no shared room). I don't have a car and I use public transportation so the relative situation of the place with respect to EPFL is important. I prefer female falt mates.
