21 year old student looking for a cheap yet clean and hygienic accomodation in or near Laussane (EPFL)

I would live an accommodation with a hygenic and clean interior. 

I want the accomodation to be moderately close to EPFL (max 40 mins) 

I want a personal toilet if possible

I want the rent to be less than 500 CHF per month if possible. In fact I am coming to EPFL without any financial aid/ allowance.

I would love to have pictures of the place uploaded so I can see beforehand. 

Everything else I can adjust.
