English teacher

Tiny Tots is looking for a dynamic, passionate English teacher to join our family-owned English academy located in Las Palmas de Gran 

Job type: Part-time. Nine months a year, from October to June. 23 hours a week (16:25 to 21:30 Monday to Thursday, 16:25 to 18:25 on Fridays)

Starting Salary: €900 per month

With over 40 years of experience in language education, the Tiny Tots English Academy hosts evening classes Monday through Friday, tailored to students aged 4 and upwards.

As an after-school academy, our goal is to complement formal education by fostering a playful and interactive environment for language practice. With a maximum of 10 students per class, our teaching approach prioritises flexibility, allowing teachers to design lessons centred around engaging activities like role-plays, singing, video watching, debates, and games.

We seek a passionate English teacher with a natural ability to connect and engage with both children and teenagers. Our student community already holds the B2 First certificate, so experience in guiding students towards the C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency exams is essential.

The ideal candidate would be available to shadow one of our teachers in May and June, with the intention of commencing official duties in October following the summer break.

A native or bilingual level English speaker is preferable. 

Candidates must be eligible to work in Spain.
