I am looking for a room with a desk which gives me the ability to study and retreat once in a while, a common area, a spaceous kitchen and if possible some sort of outside area/balcony as well. My main goal is to speak as little Dutch as possible and really improve my Spanish, so a room with internationals is preffered.

I consider myself to be outgoing, dedicated towards my study and independent. I already have some experience with living in Spain, as I did an internship in Valencia back in 2016.
