20y old boy looking for a accomodation (house/flat/..) to share, first semester

I'm looking for a place to stay from september 2014 till january 2015. I want to be as close to the northern part of Las Palmas as possible. A shared house or appartment would be nice, and a sunbathing terrace would be awesome.I don't smoke, I don't have a pet, I'm easy to live with, reliable, not so demanding.
I'm happy with a bed (kingsize is okay/preffered), a desk with chair and a closet in my room, as long as the living room is a decent place to relax.
