20 years old girls (two girls) looking for accommodation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

My friend and I come from Cyprus and we are looking for a place to rent together. We are 20 years old and we study in the University of Cyprus. I believe that we are both very pleasant people, since we have many friends who love to hang out with us. We are also very quiet and considerate of other people. We are very friendly and polite, because we consider first-impressions to be very important. In addition, we are both very clean. We respect other people's properties and treat them as if they were our own.

We do not have any pets, and we do not want to rent accommodation that allows pets (especially dogs) because we are both afraid of them. M0reover, it is very important that we are located somewhere safe, because it will be just the two of us. 

We are studying to become teachers. We are erasmus students doing our internship in The British School of Gran Carnaria. So we are looking for a place near the school, or near a bus stop. We would like it if we found a place near the beach (though it is not an absolute must). 

We would like a flat/studio with a private bathroom. We do not really mind sharing the kitchen, the living room or any other rooms besides the bathroom. We would prefer it if we didn't have any other roommates, since we will already have each other. We are also looking for a place located near the city (near farmacies, shops, cafes, reastaurants etc). Finally, we would like it if we were located near places with active night life, though that is not a must, either).
