It's relaxed, there are all kinds of people, but most are nice and helpful.

Yes of course, if you like peace and quiet, and to run away from the stress of a big city, it's the best place.

How is the food in the country?

Comparing to Portuguese food, it's bad. It relies mostly on fried food, in order to eat well you have to know the right places.

How easily did you find accommodation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

Searching beforehand is not too difficult, but some prices are a bit over the top.

I'm spending about 400€ each month.

How's the language? Did you attend any language courses in the university?

No, my university did not have that possibility. In the beginning it's a little complicated because they speak quite fast, but then you get used to it.

Ryanair flights.

What places do you recommend to go out at night in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

Vegueta, urban and limbo.
