I was doing practise I didnt get much involded to the "Erasmus comunity" but I met very intresting people from all over the world.

Nice, some different tastes in good prices.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

Yes, its expensive especially if you want to rent alone.

How much does it cost to live in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

It depends..maybe you can manage it with the scholarsip, maybe you need the triple.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I havent been to the university, the language is Spanish in a simple way. The people there are polite and easy, you wont have a problem at least with the basic needs.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from your city?

By air

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

Tapas night everey thursday, many bars at Veguetea and Santa Catalina

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?

on tapas night you can try many but if you can spend more money you can taste better plates around the city..I dont remeber names but you have also to discover

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

many around the city and the island, my favorite is the vegueta area

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the future?

Just relax and enjoy and dont forget to travel around the islands :)

One tip: You can a residence card if you plan to stay at least four months, with this card you can get great discounts, especially when you travel.
