19 year old girl, non smoker, looking for accommodation in L'Aquila

I'm a 19 year old girl who'll be studying in L'Aquila from September 2016 to June or July 2017 (depending on when the academic year ends). I'm looking for accommodation near the departament of Human Studies (as far as a 20-30 minute walk maximum), and if possible not more than 200 euros.

  I'm a non smoker, although I don't particulary care if my roomates are, I won't bring any pets.

  Although I'm eager to learn Italian, I hardly speak it, but I speak English and Spanish very fluidly, and I also speak a bit of French.

  I am a bit shy at the begining, but I eventually open up when I get to know people.
