26 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Landshut

I am Belgian and I am moving to Landshut for work.
I am someone sociable, talkative, but I like to relax and I like when my apartment is clean and tidy. I won't survive with messy roommates ? I will probably travel a lot in 2021. I am searching for a cosy place close to a supermarket and public transport to go to Schonbrunn area where I will work.
I don´t speak German at all, but living with locals could motivate me to learn it!!
