27 year old writer looking for flatmate (s) on the mainland

I am mostly quiet, some days you won't even believe I'm around. When I'm not quiet I'm loud and trouble some. I like to be left alone but will follow the rules of the flat which I accept.

I'd prefer an accomodation with female flatmates, and one where I have my own room. I'll like a place where everybody actively minds their business and one that comes with as little drama as possible. 

I don't like calling people auntie or uncle everyday, or vise versa, so I'd rather have flatmates who are in my age bracket.

Oh, and my preferred location is Ikeja, as it is close to where I work
