Exchange semester

Hello, 

I will be doing an exchange semester in La Serena and I have just found out that the start of the semester has been postponed to the 1st of May. I wanted to ask if any of the future exchange students will be arriving earlier as it had originally been planned that the semester starts at the beginning of March.
