We are looking for a quiet, nice NON smoking flatmate femaleONLY

We are two nice girls who are looking for a female flatmate. Our flat has 3 rooms, and your is the biggest one, with big wardrobe. The flat is the town center, just 5 minutes to the main square, and 3 minutes to the nearest tramp . Railwaystationis within 10 minutes walking distance. The flat is new renovated so it isn't some dirty hole you can get depression in:). The price is 1000 zl/monthly + extra cost (water, electricity, heating and so on..) It depends how much we have to pay extra every month .. in winter it will be more (about 200 zl). In October we paid 50 zl each.

We don't bite, just have some bad experience :)

We are looking for a quiet person. The flat is very acoustic, so you have to take into account that your are not alone. After work we want to rest. Night owl is out of question. No washing clothes, jumping in the rum, loud music after 10 pm. You don't have to tiptoe but just take into account that we are there too :)

We don't make parties in the flat, of course you can invite some friends but after 10 pm see above.. ;) We can go out and party :)

NON smoking only. We do the “big” cleaning every week but this doesn't mean that you can leave dirty plates for 3 days... Person who doesn't clean up after herself is out of question.

Otherwise we are looking forward to cook together, hang out, maybe travel together and things like that :) We are nice and friendly, love to cook and bake.
