Looking for non Spanish people for the whole year

Hello! I am a guy from Madrid (Spain). I am going to be studing in Krakow for the whole year (from September-October till June-July) so i am looking for people that speaks english for living with them and improve my english. There are 3 friends of mine from my uni that also go to Krakow but if i can i prefer to do this for improving the language because i know that i am going to be the whole year with Spanish people... :(
I don't have any problem with animals, and if you smoke, i don't have any problem if you are polite and clean. I think there will be some friends and family from Spain coming to our flat for some days visiting me.
