20 year old Law student looking for accomodation in Krakow

Hi, my name is Tim and my friend Stephanie and I are two law students from Malta looking for accomodation for the first semester of Erasmus from the 23rd September to February. We are looking for a flat or apartment with 2 separate rooms. Ideally, the flat would be close to the Jagiellonian University, at least a 10 minute walk, with a kitchen and bathroom. Please inform whether or not any extra bills or wifi need to be paid or are included in the full cost. thanks
